Antônio Teodoro, Teonaer's founder and manager, entered the aviation business in 1982, as a lathe operator. Then, due to his aptitude for mechanics and technical drawing, he got his Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic credential and started working on aircrafts of the manufacturers such as Cessna, Westwind, Beechcraf, Learjet and others.
Facing adverse situations during maintenance, he identified the need for more specific tools for this sector. Thus, in order to improve and facilitate his work, he began to project and manufacture them, in the company where he was working. Then, he started to make tools to supply the demand even from other companies, since the market was in need.
At this juncture, he realized a great entrepreneurial opportunity and decided to invest even more in his project, enabling the purchase of the first machine. Thus, in November 2000, he inaugurated Teonaer.
Thus, the company obtained the approval of ANAC (Brasilian Aviation Regulator) in 2010 and became a reference in the sector of machining, welding, repair and manufacturing of tools for aircraft maintenance. Thus, even facing the complex regulation imposed in the sector, financial difficulties, it was possible to continue and grow.
Therefore, aiming to innovate and improve services with the growth of demand, continues to expand the product portfolio, increasing the amount of machines and the structure of the company, which now has its own headquarters of more than 13000 sqft.
